Interests / Hobbies
Camp + Hike Waterfalls
I love to go camping in the great outdoors and walk up rivers with awesome cascades or waterfalls. My dad and one of my older brothers went to multiple rivers in Northern Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The waterfall photo is from one of our many trips we took up North.
Swim + Canoe
I love to go swimming and canoeing – preferably in rapids. I went with my church back home on a 3-day canoeing and camping trip 8 years (from 6th grade on up) on the Flambeau River. I have also gone canoeing on a few other rivers including the Wolf River and Wisconsin River. I grew up learning how to swim at a young age and would say that I am a pretty strong swimmer – sometimes putting myself into dangerous currents, but fun nonetheless.
Paintball
Paintball was my most favorite thing that I used to do, however, I have only played once since starting college. I began playing when I was ten years old and played dozens, maybe even hundreds, of times throughout middle and high school. My marker of choice is the Tippmann 98 Custom (shown). Tippmann makes some of the most durable paintball markers available and is also made in the USA. I would either go paintballing at my house, go to Apocalypse Paintball, or sometimes another friend's place.
